ProMo-Cymru is working with Cardiff Youth Service to develop a social media framework for the youth service and other voluntary organisations to use in their work with young people.

When used appropriately, social media is a powerful tool for youth engagement, communication and participation and is becoming more widely used in youth work throughout the world.

Through practice ProMo-Cymru has developed safeguarding policies, staff procedures and monitoring frameworks to enable organisations to confidently use social media within their work.
