Skill development

We offer a range of creative workshops to groups (see Workshops) as well as one-to-one tailored training to suit the needs of the individual. This can encompass anything from learning how to use a music studio, music tuition and training to becoming a tutor or developing organisational skills, basic accounting, marketing etc.

The emphasis is on supporting young people to gain the necessary skills to successfully manage their own creative enterprises with ProMo Cymru providing the practical support organisational skills and advice needed to succeed.

The Development team work with the individual to identify what approach is needed to achieve desired goals of the client, arranging bespoke training, information, guidance and experiences to fulfil those needs.
