ProMo-Cymru has a successful record of delivering both large and small projects within budget and on time.

With current projects ranging from information websites, multi-channel helplines and regeneration projects, project management is a necessity in ProMo-Cymru’s everyday work.

As part of this work, ProMo-Cymru is used to working with companies in different industries and regularly co-ordinates organisations such as government departments, public bodies, private companies and the voluntary sector when working on projects. Working with organisations with different goals can be difficult, and knowing how to talk and work with them is essential to successful projects.

As well as long term projects, ProMo-Cymru has plenty of experience of short-term  projects and event management. This includes aspects such as managing media production, graphic design, online and offline promotion, equipment, technology and staff.

ProMo-Cymru Projects

CLIC

CLIC is the National Information and Advice Channel for young people 11 – 25 years old in Wales. ProMo-Cymru designed, delivered and maintains CLIC as part of a Welsh Assembly Government contract.

Meic – Advocacy Helpline

Meic is the national information, advice and advocacy helpline for Children and Young people in Wales. ProMo-Cymru is the lead organisation in the Cywaith Consortium that runs Meic.

EVI – Ebbw Vale Institute Regeneration Project

ProMo-Cymru took over the abandoned Grade II listed building to encourage regeneration in the region.
