Skills For Empowerment Workshop

ProMo-Cymru presenting a workshop at the Skills for Empowerment Conference, which will take place on May 11. This conference aims to deliver thought provoking and stimulating soluitons to the many problems regeneration practioners face in helping to empower the communities they serve.
The conference will include ‘question time’ style cross party panel discussion on the subject of empowerment(Panel members include, Eluned Morgan Labour MEP, Mark Isherwood Conservative Spokesman on Social Justice, Lembit Opik Liberal MP for Montgomereyshire and Hywel Williams Plaid Cymru) Tours and workshops to show how empowerment has been achieved and the practical lessons learned, what skills are needed by professionals and how can these be developed, how social enterprise can be used as a tool to bring about the change’
