TheSprout ran a two-day online journalism course at this year’s Summer Learning Festival.  The young people learnt the basics of online journalism, wrote some stories and made an animation about littering!  TheSprout team also attended Cardiff Big Weekend, giving out theSprout masks and talking to young people about how to get involved.

TheSprout is offering ACNs to young people in creative writing, film and photography at a series of free Saturday workshops.  If you’d like to get involved email Arielle Tye, theSprout editor at arielle@thesprout.co.uk
