New staff: Catrin Wyn Southall

Catrin Wyn Southall got involved in the CLIC project in 2009 as the then editor of WICID, the local CLIC website for Rhondda Cynon Taf. Cat has now joined CLIC as a part-time development officer.

Based in Cardiff, Cat is working on various projects for CLIC including providing translation, training support and supporting the redevelopment of the CLIC info section.

Cat also works part-time for Tenovus where she is the Cardiff area co-coordinator for their ‘Sing With Us’ choir project for people affected by cancer.

Cat has been a professional singer for most of her adult life. Classically trained, she fronted a rock band for ten years, is a member of the BBC National Chorus for Wales and will be releasing her first solo album this year.

I have been watching Sing For Life.
It was very moving, but how lovely to see such inspiration and determination by the choir
Well done to them and to you and good luck to you for your future
