Helpline Services

Currently in development and to be piloted until September 2010, ProMo-Cymru will facilitate the provision of an information, advice and advocacy service via a telephone helpline and online communication methods as a source for help for children and young people 0-25 years old in Wales.  

The service will provide information, signpost them to other services and help identify when a young person needs an advocate to support them with their concern.  Where advocacy is needed, this will be provided either directly or by referral to an appropriate advocacy provider.
