Directions By Train
If arriving at Cardiff Central Station the simplest option is the 'Bay X press' shuttle bus service, departing from the terminus at the rear of the station. [Taxis are also available.]
If arriving at Cardiff Queen Street Station there is a regular connecting service to Cardiff Bay [usually departing from platform 3].
Directions By Bus
In addition to the Bay Xpress service mentioned above, several other local buses operate to the Bay from the City centre. The No 8 service to Cardiff Bay Station leaves Cardiff Central (Wood Street) every 7 minutes.
Allow 30 minutes from the time of arrival at Cardiff Central to the time of arrival at ProMo-Cymru premises.
ProMo-Cymru is just a few minutes walking distance from Cardiff Bay Railway Station. Turn left out of the station - across the pedestrian crossing - and take the right fork into West Bute Street. At the end of West Bute Street is Stuart Street, turn right and continue walking. Cross the first pedestrian crossing on the other side and turn left to Adelaide Street. Cross Adelaide Street, turn left and then take first right to Adelaide Place.
Directions By Car
Leave M4 at Junction 33 (via A4232) following signs to Cardiff Bay. Alternatively from the east leave M4 at Junction 29, take the 3rd exit off the A48, and follow the signs to Cardiff Bay.
For the nearest car park to ProMo Cymru, on arriving at Cardiff Bay follow signs to Techniquest. There is a public car park on Stuart St opposite Harry Ramsden's restaurant.
