Young Newport
Young Newport has been designed by young people for young people. Not only is it a fully interactive website that encourages creativity and direct involvement but it also provides young people aged 11 to 25 with information about events, news, activities, services and opportunities available for them across Newport.
The site operates within your Ten Entitlements (the rights of young people as set out by the Welsh Assembly Government) and is in line with the European Youth Information Charter.
Young Newport is part of CLIC, the National Information And Advice Service for young people in Wales.
Young Newport is lead by a team of young people between the ages of 11 and 25, who meet regularly and write articles for the website.
