CLIC
CLIC - the National Information and Advice Channel for young people in Wales
CLIC is an online channel and quarterly magazine offering information, news and advice for all young people 11-25 years old. Information is available on a wide range of subjects and issues with details of where to access support.
The online channels allows young people and the organisations that work with them to upload articles, pictures, videos and designs as well as publicise events and activities.
Working in partnership with Young People's Partnerships, local county websites are being created and existing websites linked to the national CLIC website to become part of the 'All Wales' channel to share information, news and projects.
Youth-led Editorial Groups are instrumental in leading the development of the content for the websites, placing young people's participation at the heart of the project.
Over the next few years all information included in the current information index will be reviewed and re-written by young people and professionals to include a variety of formats and multimedia, ensuring accessibilty to young people of varying abilities and circumstance. CLIC also provides a magazine publication, regular events and continue to provide services such as PSE lessons to facilitate young people's use of the information.
